Who We Are
Welcome! Glad you came to visit my site. My name is Jack Nance and I am a lifelong educator married to my wife Jennifer for 30 years.
As a hobby I love to barbecue and smoke meat. I have had so many of my friends and family compliment me on my rub. A co-worker told me I should sell my rub, So here we are launching my rubs for sale!
I grew up in Arizona but reside in California. My beef rub is named "Arizona Heat" and has a kick that keeps you coming back for more. My kids use it on baked potatoes, vegetables, all meats, eggs, almost anything!
For chicken and pork lovers I have "Cluck and Oinker" to give the meal a sweet but spicy taste that is very mild. I have customers that also use it on salmon and other fish meals.
My rub choices are rounded out with a "Cajun" rub that is sugar free and has a great combination of natural spices.
Finally we have Salt, Pepper, Garlic or better known as SPG. I like to add a hint of parsley to this sugar free rub. All BBQ enthusiasts have SPG on hand.

Here is a picture of my smoker at work. This picture has a Pork Butt with Cluck and Oinker, Brisket with Arizona Heat, and Chicken Breasts wrapped in bacon and stuffed with Mac and Cheese seasoned with my Cluck and Oinker. .
